Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a valid return.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
